Defective Product Returns:

We accept returns or exchanges of defective products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be defective or not functioning properly.

Our knowledgeable staff will inspect the item to verify the defect.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products may not be exchanged or returned for any other reason besides being defective.

Products must not be fully consumed or used.

Return Procedure:

Returns or exchanges must be initiated in person by the original purchaser.

Customers may not send someone else to return items on their behalf.

How to Initiate a Return:

If you believe you have a defective product, please bring it to our dispensary along with the original packaging and receipt within 7 days of purchase. Our team will assess the product and assist you with the return or exchange process.
